Maintenance service is available. However, we are committed to numerous overlapping remodeling and construction projects through the end of the year. In some situations, we may have periodic availability for smaller projects between our previous commitments, too. We are still available to discuss additional project needs provided that you understand it may take a few months before we can address your project more thoroughly, depending on when you make first contact and decide on the commitment.
